10. No Mini-Moderating
If you're not the moderator/admin of the forum, DO NOT TELL PEOPLE TO NOT SPAM/QUOTE LONG STUFF/WHATEVER! Although it's nice of you to ask people to stop breaking the rules, you weren't assigned to be mod. If someone is breaking the rules, you report it. It's the moderator's job to take care of that.
